The Community Garden generates a lot of interest from dog-walkers, runners and everyone else who passes by on the bridlepath in West Lockinge. So, we thought we'd better make a decent noticeboard to explain what we're doing and improve the general understanding of Parkinson's.
The new noticeboard will be made by Andy Pinney, a local craftsman who has made many of the church gates and noticeboards in our community. We have raised the money to pay for it from local businesses, who will be given a permanent mention when the board is installed, hopefully before Christmas 2018.
This will be the finishing touch to the garden, which has been a tremendous success, not least because it has been such a focus of community and personal committment.
